Dr. John Chang was trained in ophthalmology at Jules Stein Eye Institute UCLA. He then did a fellowship at UCSF. He is Immediate Past President of the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS). He is Past President of the Hong Kong Association of Private Eye Surgeons and is Associate Clinical Professor of The University
