The 37th APACRS annual meeting conference organizer will be pleased to issue registered and fully paid delegates and participating exhibitors with an official letter of invitation to facilitate the application for a conference visa.

This letter is not a financial commitment from the conference organizer or a guarantee of a successful visa application. This letter will be issued only upon receipt of full payment of your meeting registration.

Please submit your request as early as possible, as applying for an Indian conference visa can be complex. Application can be submitted from 120 days to no later than 21 July 2025.
