Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Before 15 July 2025

  • Cancellations made on or before 15 July 2025 are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be credited to the original payment method.

2. Non-Cancellable Period from 16 July 2025 onwards

  • Bookings are non-cancellable and non-amendable from 16 July 2025.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after 16 July 2025.

3. Force Majeure

  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Platinum Ren A Car reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Liability

  • Platinum Rent a Car India is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or third-party actions.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring accurate details during booking (e.g., pickup and drop-off location/timings etc).
